Jason answered all our solar questions. Constant communication via mobile & email. Price was very competitive. Very accommodating re panels & inverter choice. Solar was installed quickly within 2 weeks as promised.Solar lnstallers were efficient & informative with correct credentials for solar installation. Very pleasing result after much research.

The team from Solar Chief installed our Solar system on 24/5/23. The whole process from quoting to final install was an easy process. The installers were very polite and professional and took care of our roof during the installation process. They cleaned up after they finished the work. We are happy with the workmanship and we would recommend Solar Chief to do your solar installation.

Liars!They are really good at making everything sound nice, smooth and easy but they are not really interested in your needs, you're just another $ale. I wanted a consumption metre to compare my usage to my production, they tried to tell me the inverter did this after multiple emails they magically agreed. 2nd lie they said they had transferred the ownership of the inverter to me but they hadn't! Really makes me wonder what they are up to.All I can say is avoid!

We compared prices from a few companies but found Solarchief had the best service and a lot better selection of products along with the price. They are quick and the installation team on the day were cheerful and did a great job at installing our system which looks neat and great performance of the panels ,Great job guys!We highly recommend Paul and team (Solarchief)

I recently had a solar system installed by Solar Chief and at first I was pleased with the end result but later had an issue with the system not delivering minimal power in a blackout. (it is supposed to work with reduced power during blackouts) - they said they would fix the problem in 2 weeks but it has been over 1 month and still waiting to get a date and time.

I was very verry surprised with the service all the way through my experience.We mucked them around with the installation and they had to come back a second time. Nothing was ever a problem. They even worked with my electrician to run the cables the way I wanted them. The installation was not straightforward but the installation team did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble.We have a multi-million dollar property now complimented with a great solar system that is saving a fortune even in the middle of winter.I highly recommend Paul and his team at SolarChief

Peter at Solar chief was unreal to deal with and bettered the price and used the exact inverter and panels that I wanted to achieve for an all black install. Got a 19.9kw system and every step was a breeze im from Dubbo NSW and would recommend them to anyone.

one start only because you can't give them less than that:They installed solar at my place and connected solar to grid with out sending paperwork to provider (which they said they did). Now since then my meter was running backward and provider charged me 2.5 times my normal bill (prior to solar) as estimated charge because of installer not being competent.I reached out to the owner of the company but he tried to convince me it was not their responsibility to inform energy provider and was trying to tell me we must have used lot more, he said he would only compensate around $100. As he instructed i sent 4 bills then he seems too busy to respond, now i have put a complaint with fair trading.As human anyone can do mistake, but if you cant take responsibility or own your mistake you are not trust worthy!!

Solar Chief are very knowledgeable and professional with their customer service and their installations. I knew nothing much about solar before Solar Chief walked me through the combinations and prices and they were not pushy ut very transparent with the details. I delt with there sales agent Alex whom I can highly recommend. Solar Chief are fantastic!
