Customer service at Geelong is terrible. I had already spent a few thousand $ on gear and went back and purchased a $600 Bluetooth unit that developed a fault. Despite there being a massive sign explaining their no questions asked customer satisfaction guarantee that goes over and above and consumer rights obligations, 2 staff members wanted to send the unit away to a distributor to “look at it”!! Not repair it.I pointed out their sign to one guy who told me “I don’t want to even speak to you about it”Even the manager showed utter contempt for me for daring to ask for what I paid for.Def won’t be back to this store again.I’ll go to Peter Stevens or shop online now.

As regular customers , my family and I have only experienced top level service, friendly staff and a great shop layout.I’ve recently witnessed terrible behaviour from a few customers that are rude, entitled and clearly stressed…Take your bad attitude elsewhere, it’s an asset to have this store in Geelong!

Geelong AMX should be embarrassed at the lack of customer focus.My service has been poor on many occasions .I was at the counter and a mum with 2 boys came in and said she is after some safety gear for riding . He sent her to the area . He was not busy and she needed guidance . Read the room .I nearly helped her my selfSo many more sales to get .Change the culture

Came in today.Explained to the sales bloke that it was my first time buying gear as i am getting my license in the coming weeks.He sent me to the womens clothing area, briefly suggested a jacket that was good for all weather conditions and said have a look through the range and walked off. Said yell out if you want to try something on.No offer to talk about brands

Worst customer service I have ever seen stood at the counter 5 minutes while the manager ignored me, he was doing nothing and there were no other customers waiting to be served. When i finally asked why he wouldn't serve his answer was I'm the manager I don't have to serve you then just walked off.

Perfect customer service and good items in stock. Recommend them to everyone.

Staff too busy with social conversations.Waited for over 10 minutes without being attended to. Wanted to purchase helmet and gloves. Selected a pair of gloves and then waited at the register again no one to even take my money. There where a max of four people in the shop at the time.

A Huge range of Great products but it's always a task getting any assistance and no comment about the terrible music which is usually too loud .

Walked in with my riding gear.staff could see i was an actual rider and not a dreamer.More staff behind the counter to put purchases through than what you can find at woolies and Coles combined but unable to find anyone to actually help you locate items or assist with anything.Went in mid morning so not even during lunch where you would expect staff to be off the floor.There was Also only 1 other customer in the shop at the time and he couldn’t get assistance either.
