Adora Nails

Terrible service. Had an appointment..25 minutes later, told sorry can't do what you want. Asked for something else to be told..it would take too long. The owner needs more staff and much better customer service

Had a few experiences here. Was happy with the nails but the customer service was haphazard. Had a very busy day booked prior to going overseas and so had taken the step of making an appointment rather than just walking in. More than 30 minutes after the appointment time I was still sitting there waiting while they continued to serve walk ins. Unfortunately I just didnt have time on that day and was quite upset with the overall customer experience.

We had a lovely experience today at Adora nails. It was as a little bit of a wait, but that’s a good sign right?! Busy places are busy for a reason!The staff were friendly and the salon was clean.I like my nails to look like I grew them myself and they ‘nailed’ it! We are in Redcliffe for a few days and I desperately needed an infill and repair after trashing my nails during our house move!My daughter also got some Xmas themed polish and the nail tech was really lovely with her- chatting and instructing her on how to keep from bumping the polish.Prices were pretty standard and we were overall very happy with the experience.

I used to love going to this salon because the staff were so nice to me when I first visit until recently they had a guy working there, who was so loud and rude, and I had him did nails for me and it wasn't an amazing job only the second week the nail already snapped, I went to them again the brought up the problem, I refused for him to do my nail again( I mentioned to their owner). By the way if you understand what they were saying it was a rude and horrible comment they said about me ( they use their language when they say horrible stuff about their customer). I can't believe what I was hearing, I was so furious and I'm so upset that leave me speechless, how can they treat the customer like this, put on the friendliness on their face taking absolutely horrible stuff behind their back, just because they think people don't understand what they were talking about. From there I decided I'm not coming back, I'll spend the money somewhere else where other business are treating their customer with dignity and respect.

I have been going here for over 8 years and was left extremely disappointed today when the staff did not do my pedicure correctly (did not soak feet or clean area properly before scrubbing my feet) and to top it off they ended up breaching health regulations by sharing my used nail equipment and scrubbing brush (blue one), with the lady next to me without cleaning it properly. I was beyond disbelief when this happened and tried to raise a serious concern with the owner, but this was just dismissed and all that was said was sorry. This is not ok and poses a serious health risk to others in the community of cross contamination. I have since lodged a complaint to the local health unit. But I am saddened that I have had to do this and that the owner has let this kind of practice slip (even after approaching her about it). The owner can paint very well but clearly does not understand infection control at all even though she was a nurse overseas.

Great customer service. Lovely ladies & men working there. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done.

I tried many nails places in Redcliffe but this one is the best ever. The staff is very friendly and professional. They do perfectly coffin shape and good colors.
