I regularly send money to be picked up at MLhuillier in Phil.Your staff member last tues 03 Nov 2020 at Remox Taigum Qld , failed to inform me that MLhuillier does not have a contract with Bank of Commerce anymore.Please instruct your staff members to advise your customers about the change and not presume that the sender/customer is already aware of this change.The MLhuillier shop where the receipient went only advised that the transaction is still not in their system. So the beneficiary had to go back the next day only to be informed the reason why the transaction is not in their system.This has caused a lot of inconvenience to the receipient considering the present pandemic conditions in the Phil.

I am regular customerI usually send money to india and i have done for several times but today on 14/11/2020The staff working is totally unprofessional and asking stupid questions that never been asked by anyone in past the same thing they did to my friend

I am sending money back to my country and i do not find any problems and of course receiving it with them. The staff are friendly, understanding and reliable. They are even patient in calculating everything while you are having the hard time in calculating money due to forex especially in multiple accounts. And also, the sending money rate is super cheap! Thanks remox taigum! I havent find any problems yet in sending money to the Philippines!
