I've been exceptionally happy with Pristine Pool's service. Jason has gone above and beyond in helping to rectify the issues we inherited with our pool when we bought this house. He has a cheerful 'can do' attitude, which is getting rarer to find these days. Pristine Pools now have things running smoothly and the pool sparkling! Highly recommended!

As a pool noob, I was quite apprehensive about where to start with looking after a pool. Pristine Pools have made things easy with their friendly customer service and approach. The initial consultation was free and free of obligation. Since then, they have been prompt and reliable. They appear knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any of my noob line of questioning. Scott has been particularly helpful with advice and support with an issue I have with one of the pumps.I'm happy to recommend their services to others.

We have a 40 year old pool which was really ageing badly and desperately needed repair. Jason and the team did a great job in bringing our pool back to life. The guys are responsive, professional and turn up when they say they will. Highly recommended!

Scott came over and did a full service to my pool. He is super experienced and friendly. He checked chemical levels and my pool equipment and also helped me understand my pool better. I will definitely use his service from Pristine Pools again. I now start to call Scott Dr Pool"!! Thank you Scott. :)"

If you need your pool cleaned don’t bother with this company. They only want to test the pool and not clean it.Go see swimart they will give you a much better service.
