We used Managed IT Services Australia to setup an IT infrastructure and installing the server for our newly setup business. They provided timely and efficient service through out the project and be able to resolve the issues in the timely manner. Issues wth server and back up constantly each month. Changed to another IT who did nothing to server or back up and miraculously have no issues. How can that be? Went from $400 to $135 a month . Smart VPN issues all the time. Now free Duo and no issues for RDP. Don't believe they know best as they don't. Abrupt communication. Huge virus issues due to inadequate back up. Not the right fit for us. All staff had same communication issues. There is a better way! Im in shock all review are 5 stars.. Are negative reviews being deleted???
