The team at Louve Collection are amazing! The customer service was incredible and they were so lovely to chat with. I got my pieces within 2 days of it shipping and the pieces are perfect. There was a mix up with my order but they were so quick to find a solution as I was leaving for Paris in a few days. Can't recommend them enough as a business but also their products are amazing, as a mum this is a game changer as I can now have a free hand and quick access to my phone if I need it. 10/10 would recommend!

I bought this as a gift for a friend who LOVED it but I got the wrong phone model case, they were very easy to deal with with exchanging for the correct one. I also have my own case and strap and love these. So practical and great to have your hands free when you don’t have a pocket etc. Love how stylish they look too. GAME CHANGER! I have a baby and a dog and having my phone on me but hands free has changed everything for many reasons). I can take 101 pics of my baby whilst walking my dog knowing that my phone isn’t going to fall to the ground when my dog decides to pull on the lead (before this, I have smashed many screens)! Also, those days of searching for your phone in your nappy bag are gone! I purchased a few practical straps for when I’m with my baby and dog and then some classy pretty ones for when I’m having some Mumma time out :)! I would highly recommend! Such quality! I really, really, REALLY love my new pieces - they feel like jewellery for my phone!!! I got the Dusty Pink case, Pearl Wristlet, Gold Wristlet and Gold Crossbody Chain and they are all stunning, and look really lovely together - it’s such a clever system! The quality is really exceptional, and the look is really lovely and stylish. I find the length of all of the chains to be spot on, and they are just so practical too - don’t know how I survived for so long without them!On top of the gorgeous products, I could not fault anything about this brand - the packaging is very special, delivery is SUPER quick, and the customer service is out of this world!
