I booked an appointment with Adrian in regards of public speaking. From the start he was really accommodating and listened to what I needed. Throughout the therapy he was really supportive and taught me some valuable tools to help me mentally. I'd definitely recommend Fairy Meadow Hypnotherapy

Fairy Meadow Hypnotherapy
Adrian helped me with my study focus. I had not been able to look at my Advanced Diploma Assessment Tasks for 12 months. Adrian helped me with some strategies and goals that I could put in place to achieve completion of my course. The hypnotherapy sessions were amazing and very peaceful however profound insights were brought to my attention that I could also apply to other areas of my life. Adrian was so easy to work with. I felt at ease from the very first session we had together. I will definitely be back for more sessions. Highly recommend Adrian.
