My experience with one particular staff member has turned me off thus place and i will not be returningThe other staff were pleasent but too many things went wrong with this service meaning i had to return in my car twice to have them looked at it. No phone calls were made to me as promised.Having owned a service station and workshop i am well aware of how a customer should be treated and the first point of contact is very important and to be ignored at the front desk the way i was by that service man is not good for your business

Honestly I waited a little over four hours (9:30am-1:30pm) to have four tyres changed.

My son had a tool break off in his wheel at his recent service in Biggera Waters Toyota. No biggie, these things can happen. HOWEVER, they charged my son $70 to remove the offending part, which was entirely their mistake!! I was so upset to learn that my son's hard-earned money went to waste on a mechanic mistake that he had NO involvement in. Zero accountability and absolutely squeezing every last cent from a loyal Toyota customer. Disgusting. Taking advantage of a young guy and his first car. Shame on you. The Southport dealership is much better to deal with, although I can't say what would have been done in this scenario there for certain.

Tim from the front desk- I found this person to be arrogant, rude and dishonest, with zero concept of customer service!Besides the odometer details and the date, the post service report was identical to the previous service performed at this place! This seemed really strange, as some parts that supposedly needed replacing were in fact replaced only days prior to the service!Tim was unable to explain why this was the case, other than telling me, if those parts were recently replaced, then I shouldn't worry about it- wait...WHAT?!I drove the car straight home afterwards- only to find large puddles of oil leaking the next morning! Took the car back for inspection straight away, Tim had the audacity to say, the issue already existed when I took the car in the day before! Which is strange as there were no oil leaks when I took the car to them.This was also NEVER mentioned in the post service report or at any time during my conversation with Tim when I picked the car up the day prior!How is it that your mechanics can not tell the difference between a new and used car part? How is it that your mechanics somehow managed to turn a car with no oil leaks to one that leaks oil profusely? Do you think customers won't notice?Unless you intend on refunding me, don't bother asking me to email or call you- I don't wish to waste any more time with you!

Excellent service - fixed major mechanical problem to my complete satisfaction and in a timely manner.

Excellent Toyota servicing , had Toyota's my whole life and seen many dealers not recognising that the service department creates their sales , left many in BNE city due to losing great staff and doing up sell scams ---- this department is not like that at all - excellent service ( even had a car come pick me up ) waiting room coffee is a bit fancy and the people whom make the place are down to earth , polite , realists and genuine . Will be back , can recommend and will even go buy a new cruiser from their sales peoples now !

I'd like to leave another review for Toyota Service.Last year in October, I had a service done on my vehicle, and damage was noticed on the internal console panel once I got back home.Long story short, damage was rectified by complete panel replacement with no additional cost to us, and Tim (the Toyota manager) was very professional and got on top of it to make sure we were satisfied.Well done, guys. and 5* to Tim !Regards,Alena

NO CASH ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT!! What a JOKE!Should be able to pay with Australian currency at a Toyota Service Centre .. Going off your review ratings, someone needs a good kick up the A$$ at this place !

I took my Prado to have it's 100,000km service. On my receipt it has a comprehensive list of tasks performed, and the checks that were undertaken. One of these was a tyre rotation. The week prior to my service I had a puncture and my spare was put on the RHR wheel, good tyre but a different brand. If the tyre rotation was actually done one would think it would no longer be on the rear wheel, and it was! Why document that you have provided and charged for something you have not done? I find this deceitful and misleading, and makes me wonder if they have done anything at all. All trust is lost and I will now be looking for a reputable business whom I can rely on to be honest.Shame on you ... My car is awesome but you are not!
