Swing On In

Ray and Chrissy are fantastic teachers. They also go the extra mile and put on lots of social events (thanks!). Their classes are very welcoming and the people are great. I would recommend for anyone thinking of trying something new or interested in lindy hop.

Chrissy and Ray do a marvelous job with their Swing Classes. They're warm, welcoming, and make you feel at home. The classes are a joy with these two! I'm glad I made the effort way back when to attend as I have learnt so much in swing dancing and my own confidence! Definitely would recommend!

I have been Swing Dancing with Chrissy and Ray for nearly 5 years. Every lesson is a treat with Ray's witty sense of humor, patience and fun. Chrissy is a walking tribute to all that is gorgeous and glamourous about this dance style and the time it came from. It is more than dance, it is more than steps and music. We were looking for dance classes online and didn't want the classis ballroom classes. Swing on in appeared on a Google search and appealed to us. Best move" we've made. If you're looking to have fun, keep fit, be part of a family as well as learn how to Swing dance...this is the place to be. We've been dancing for approximately 2 years now and get so much out of it. Swing on in is more than just a fab place to learn to dance, it’s given us the most amazing friendships and dance family. We both came with two left feet but each lesson we leave full of joy and proud having learned more. Highly recommend!

Ray and Chrissy's dance classes are like no other! They bring a huge sense of fun and optimism to the class so even if you aren't a natural dancer you'll be able to do the basics by the first class! After just a few classes you'll be swinging around the dance floor in no time like Fred and Ginger.This is a really great class for complete beginners, people who've danced and before and anyone who wants to socialise or try something different. Caution: addictive!

I have always wanted to learn swing dancing and while I was in the Gold Coast back in May I decided to give it a try and definitely don’t regret it. The people and so friendly and welcoming and the teachers are fantastic! I definitely go back at any opportunity and wish I could make it every week.

Chrissy and Ray are amazing and super talented teachers with delightful personalities to match.Classes are filled with the most friendly and welcoming group of people of mixed ages and all walks of life. Much fun and laughter is had, as we learn new steps and routines.Good food for the soul and a great way to exercise!
