I called up and was given a quote and an appointment there and then without any delays.I also asked if I could get an early morning appointment as the late afternoon didn't suit my agenda.Natasha asked if she could call me back as she needed to see if she was able to arrange this for me. I intercepted Carlos when he was doing a job across the road. On completion of that job he crossed the road. He took one look at the door - assessed the issue and fixed the problem in less than 30 min.Two other professionals" failed to fix the problem .
