What can I say, I had an amazing experience at Garden city T2. My partner and I were greeted by Blair and she was very knowledgeable, open and friendly. Blair helped me decided on the perfect Mother’s Day gift and I had a lovely chat with her too. Thank you Blair for being so perfect at your job!!

When you think of tea, you often think of tea bags. When I think of tea, I think of T2. I love the mixed teas you can get. The combinations are almost endless. Whatever you want, they probably have it.In addition to tea, they also sell the cutest accessories. Tea cups, tea pots, jugs to make iced tea in. It's truly your one stop tea shop.10/10 highly recommend.

This place has great customer service and legendary tea. The tea is legit, it's that old school style of tea, where you need a proper way to diffuse it. The tea isnt ground and the flavours aren't infused into the leaves. The taste your getting is literally chunks of dried fruit/ wood/ leaves etc.I got this for my mum for her birthday and she loved it. That's saying something because she is really picky with gifts.

I had the most lovely experience in T2 with help from Kurt, who made me feel so welcome and made great recommendations. They were kind and considerate to ask about allergy needs and outline dietary information for me, which was very appreciated.

As everyone else said below, the staff are all so lovely and helpful. They all have a wonderful balance between allowing one to browse but to go above and beyond to assist and explain their products and teas. Very often I'd go into the shop with no intention to buy anything but leave with a couple of teas due to the staffs service and attentiveness. Highly recommended. My new favourite tea is the Red Choc Mint.

Have always enjoyed visiting this store. Whether I was there to sample some new tea, or to shop for a gift/some bargains, the staff have all been nothing but amazing. Every time I walked in, I was always greeted warmly by the friendly staff with a smile. And at my last visit, a female staff kindly introduced every tea product that we were sampling. This helped us appreciate them better and understand what to look for when we taste each one. The atmosphere in the store is always vibrant with staff always there to help answering questions if needed. Will be back again and again!
