We have been taking our dog Charlie to Happy Tails for more than 4 years. We have always been very happy with the service and care provided. Dr Jason is amazing. He loves animals genuinely. He is knowledgeable, professional and patient. I won't take Charlie anywhere else. Love this place.

I could not recommend Jason and his incredible staff at Happy Tails Animal Hospital more highly!I first met Jason after transferring the care of our Greyhound Toby, from another veterinary surgery, when he was very ill. Jason treated Toby (and us) with such loving kindness, care and respect!Unfortunately, our beautiful Toby was not able to be saved. Jason showed my kids and I such gentleness on the night that we had to say our goodbyes.Jason's professional and caring manner is to be commended and as such is reflected in his entire team.We have a new puppy now and knew straight away, that we wanted Jason to continue as the vet for our fur family!Vicki

A great vet! The vets are not only kind, but are also skilled and passionate about their job. One of my cats was sick and I had almost given up on hope, but HappyTails was able to bring him back. Thank you so much to Dr Jason and the team at HappyTails for all their hard work!

We have been going to Happy Tails since 2017. One of our dogs has syringomyelia. She has seen a string of vets and specialists. There was a time she was seeing a brain surgeon who was considering whether to operate on her brain. Before we went to Dr Jason, she had seizure for up to 6 times in a day. When the vet whom we use to see moved further away and we noticed this new Happy Tails animal hospital, we thought of giving it a try. So glad we did!Dr Jason struck us as a very experienced vet, very knowledgeable, pragmatic, focused on quality of life and prefers well proven medication / regimes. He told us he aims to get the seizure down to one every 2 months. My dog ended up having a handful in a year, and seldom had a full blown seizure.Before seeing Dr Jason, her quality of life was not great. She avoided people and avoided other dogs and would walk close to walls. Since Dr Jason has put her on his medication regime, we noticed marked improvements. She was running around, showing interest in other dogs and people and wanting to play and make friends. She had a really good life for about 6 years under Dr Jason's care. That is an awesome gift when euthanasia was suggested by specialist when she was first diagnosed.She had such happy life that she used to sing as well, until a few months ago, her condition started to progress and deteriorate. Dr Jason did not push us to do a long string of testing / intrusive treatment but take into account of her age and medical condition. Focus instead was on her comfort. A few weeks later she eventually left us, peacefully at home, in my arms. Despite the hospital was closed for that day (we didn't know that), Dr Jason picked up our call, went in and he was caring for one emergency patient at the hospital. He gave us a lot of time, assurances, support and helped us organise her cremation. All on his day off and when the hospital was closed. That's dedication and commitment.In all, that was a massive gift of 8 years plus with her condition. We are very thankful to Dr Jason and team for everything.Life is infinitely complicated. There are no guarantees. We tried our best to care for our canine family members and we can see the love and passion Dr Jason has for his patients. I would highly recommend anyone to Dr Jason, to Happy Tails Animal Hospital. We just came home from dental op for our other dog leaving around 6:45pm on Fri and there was another pet owner there with her french bull dog she claims Dr Jason has saved her bull dog's life. Dr Jason's wife and helper, May was there along with their son. A family truly committed to caring for our canine and feline family members. Thank you very much indeed!

My first experience with Happy Tails was in 2020 after the local vet told me that my dog needed an costly surgery, i goggled and found Happy Tail, I was to get 2nd opinion over the chat. Jason was very kind and patient to answer my doubts and provided his professional opinion without even mentioning one word of charge, due to the situation of my dog, I didn’t switch the vet but I was very impressed with Jason, since then I recommended Happy tail to a lot friends and always come back with great feedbacks.I started taking my 2 cats and 1 dog to Happy Tail since Feb this year after I had been disappointed again with the local vet, it usually takes me 40 minutes one way but I am sincerely happy to be with this hospital because I know my pets are in right hands.I highly recommend this place to public!

Jason is the best. I will travel to follow him. He is kind to animals and their people. Great advice and service. I would recommend him to anyone especially with nervous pets.

My friend recommened us to Dr Jason when my dog was in the serious anemis , Dobby been told by other vet to put down, we visted HappyTails and Jason and the team are very patient and caring and follow up , now my Dobby is recovering and geeting much better.I would not hesitated to recommend Jason to all need vet service.
