Found this centre on Google whilst in Parramatta for an errand. Great location right outside Westfields and accepts walk-ins. Clean, tidy and pleasant reception area with lovely staff, and a warm, friendly doctor that showed himself to go above and beyond for both his staff and patient. Will be visiting again hopefully in the future. Thanks Dr Shaheed!

The level of service and care at this centre is top-notch. From the helpful reception staff to the nurses and doctors, I always get great care and really couldn't wish for a better experience when I need medical care. Highly recommended.

I had booked appointment for both of my children and waited for extra 45 minutes, when I was about to discuss my child’s second health issue the dr actually stopped me and asked to book another appointment some other day. Not a very pleasant experience in total. Could have given a Curtsy call in case running late in their appointments.

It was a good experience with no waiting and I would confidently recommend this Centre for your families GP, Dentists visits, and they also have Ultrasound scans for womenVery beautifully maintained place and pleasant staffs

Parramatta Medical and Dental Centre
Made a booking with Dr Sivaramamoorthy but still had to wait 30 mins to attend the appointment. There was no indication from staff about the waiting time or if they were running overtime. Similarly I had booked a telehealth appointment with Dr Shaheed but they never called. I had to contact them after the allotted time just for them to tell me that I needed to cover a $60 gap free for a 15 minute phone consultation. They need to work on better communication with patients.

Poor knowledge of receptionists who book appointments and doesn’t know if doctor can do it. An example is appointment was booked to get fit to work certificate but receptionist doesn’t know or at least check with doctor before booking appointment. At the end doctor cannot give this over tele consultation. And you have to pay for this consultation for someone else poor knowledge.

Firstly, polite and welcoming receptionist. Seen to promptly ( not always possible of course). All round excellent set-up with pathology on the premises. Just nice.
