Motorserve Tempe

I would give this place 0 stars but unfortunately 1 is the lowest I can give it.I brought my ute in for repair on a rainy day, the ute was already dirty from the weather while travelling. The workers ( Mr Rob)attempted to clean my ute, but they did so with a dirty rag, after it dried out you could see the smudges on the ute’s body. What was really appalling, was when they cleaned the wheels with the rag and then proceeded to clean the exterior of the ute with the SAME dirty rag! I questioned what the worker was doing and said “excuse me sir, what are you doing? You just cleaned my wheels and now you’re using it to clean the body?” After I told them, they had finally realised their incompetence, I also asked them how long it would take to repair my ute. They told me it would take 4-5 weeks! 4-5 weeks just for a minor dent on the side panel of the tub!Since I use my ute for work, 4-5 weeks is way too long. I made sure to tell the old lady in the office that I respectfully needed my ute done as soon as possible. Her response was incredibly rude and uncalled for, she told me to “tell the workers outside”. To make their customer service even worse, they never gave me an update on my ute after I had left it there for repair. I waited the whole week and there was still no update, I called them the Monday of the week following and they told me the ute would be repaired on the 6/9. After calling, they still gave no SMS or email to confirm such information. 3 days later, I called them again to make sure the ute would be finished on 6/9 but they told me it would be delayed. This time I made sure to request for an SMS and email of this information, which they thankfully sent.I am extremely disappointed with this place’s incompetence and unfriendly service, I never want to come back here again. There are simple things that are intuitive such as sending an SMS or email to update the customer or just being courteous overall which they don’t seem to comprehend. Very disappointed.

Thanks very much for the way you managed my Tesla repair. Seamlessly into a rental with the car in good hands and came back beautiful. Did a few little things right as well. Don't be scared, insured by NRMA person it's all good.

Dropped my Mazda BT-50 Ute off today.Great service and very professional.Drove straight into the entrance and was greeted by a friendly team member.Offered a tea, coffee or water.Assessor was friendly and helpful with Attention to detail. Such an easy process.Hire car was settled within minutes.All the staff so friendly and helpful.Gave me an expected time/date when my Ute will be ready.Hopefully I can write another positive review when I see the finished product.Definitely recommend this business.Update.It’s been roughly a month after I received my car back and it’s still an amazing repair.No issues whatsoever.I want to compliment the team at motorserve Tempe for an outstanding job.Not only did they update me every other day on the progress of my repair, they were about 3 days early from their original date of completion.Definitely recommend the team 100%So please greet them with a smile, be nice to them as they are wonderful people.They don’t have the easiest job but they do deserve credit for restoring your asset to the highest standard.

Disgusting. As a new mother (our parked car was hit whilst I was in hospital giving birth) I have been stuck in limbo without a car due to the lack of service and honesty from Motorserve and NRMA. Delay after delay, lie after lie. Offered a hire car which does not fit our baby’s pram so we are now stuck and unable to go out or go to appointments. What if it were an emergency? At first we were told repairs would take five days, then over a month and now it’s over two months from when our child was born and car was damaged. I’m expecting more delays as it’s all we’ve got from them. Not exactly what new parents need.

Had been appointed that my car has to be assessed by Motorserve Tempe prior to my smash repair completing the job.Had an appointment for 8amHad to remind them at 8.20amCar was assessed at 8.30amComplete waste of time hence I use my own smash repair for NRMA claims.

I found Moterserve team very efficient and friendly, they went above and beyond my expectations. In particular, the admin/reception team were fantastic, I was so impressed when I asked them to look for my teenage daughter “Air Pod’ which she thought she might have left them in the car or perhaps lost them ….
