Five stars just do not cover what this place has to offer. Love the range of regular yoga, other services & feature classes. The Thai Yoga massage in particular is gentle & effective alone, but adding sound & reiki makes it a unique experience - I have not walked taller in years! Best of all is the lovely energy that positively resonates in this space & the heart-based community spirit that is building there. Oh & the sound baths are amazebols...I sleep most wonderfully afterwards too! So glad I found this place. Frankie

Absolutely amazing place to be. I seriously love all of my classes there, and all of the teachers to go with it. One particular thing that I have never experienced before is the use of fun music along with the yoga classes. Cause I absolutely love taking classes with Bev, as they are not the typical kind, and it’s justSuch a great family oriented environment.

The most welcoming and fun place I’ve found in Brisbane for hot yoga. Great music to get your day pumping and plenty of laughs...Bev is fabulous. Try the 530am power Yoga it is aaaaamaaazing!!!!
