As a business, if you are only going to put on one worker at least make sure that person is trained and competent. We waited over 15 minutes for the attendant to conduct a return transaction for a customer in the queue and wasted an inordinate amount of time going through the same failing process over and over before calling her manager to get instructions. Definitely won't go back again or recommend to friends.

Disappointed. I thought I had found a reliable source of nice dresses but had a negative experience today which means I won't be back and I will stop telling other people about this store.Although I'd seen styles in the store in size 18 before and online I was told they don't order in particular sizes unless they don't have many in other sizes" How does that work? Just squeeze into the wrong size?Also the kerfuffle around putting through a gift card confirmed that I won't be back. I'll just be patient and wait for the hand made markets."
