I had an issue once my delivery arrived as I'd confused myself into thinking I'd purchased a different item then what showed up, called the up and had a very patient and lovely Ben helping me out until I realised how I messed up. He went beyond by offering solutions to make up for my mistake because he understood how I confused myself. Totally unnecessary, a total mad lad. Will be buying from you guys again ( and make sure it is the right product ) without a doubt!

Really fast delivery (Admittedly it isn't always that fast) and the instruments are packed & delivered with care so you can use them out of the box.Despite peddling some pretty obscure meters at times, these guys even have their own demo videos and materials made inside Australia so you know you are buying into a quality product ahead of time.

Was looking for a salinity meter. Got the right advice from the Instrument Choice helpline and got an excellent meter (OHAUS ST20s) suited for the job (bore water with varying salinity) at a good price. Fast delivery.

If I could give more stars I would. They have been incredibly helpful regarding some Horiba testing units I needed for my aquarium. Especially Daniel. He went way beyond what was expected to sort out an issue I had with one of my NO-3 testers and I’m very happy with the result. I have never experienced such professional and honest service.Thank you.
