Compared to other subways the cleanliness is good but the rations and staffing are below par.We are currently in covid with social distancing yet the staff take your order and then u gridlock waiting for the sandwich to be completed and have 6 customers crammed into a 2 metre space. Need to rethink this.

I just had lunch here. I signed in using the COVID registration app. The whole time I was in the store no one else did this. There was not a staff member at the door telling incoming customers to do this.There was no social distancing at the counter while my Sandwich was being made. Other customers were right next to me.The tables were not cleaned after each customer finished using them.I felt unsafe in this store.

Lovely staff and great service but the management need to fix the air conditioning. Both staff and customers extremely uncomfortable. Sad that management can’t look after hard working staff.

This place is a joke been in here a few times now and ever time it's been a bad experienceBut what I experienced today was something else I got over charged for my sub's and out of the 5 hopeless staff no one could work out how to refund meThen the rudeness given to me when I left the store with it packed and the staff yelling to me have a nice day being smart is a jokewho ever the manager is at that joint would want to sort the staff out I'll Neva be backAnd I'd say to anyone drive another 2 minutes down the road and go to west gosford shopping centre for subway

Avoid this Subway completely. 3 times now they have charged us for toasties but not included them in our order. They have forgotten sauce on more than one occasion. How hard is it to check a docket and look in the bag to see if the order matches up? We will not be going back to this store thats for sure. To management, i suggest firing and rehiring before you loose more customers.

If you are looking for Mediocre and under done meal. This is the place. Greeted with the most unethusiastic faces , a fly in the cold meats that my 4 year old son noticed before I did, and generally lackluster sub. I think the sandwich artists should have another go at artist school. I've had much better , and fuller filled subs at other locations.

Bread was freshly made but ingredients looked worse for wear - hard brown part of lettuce, fly in with the cold meats, just dirty looking. Food was alright and staff friendly although slow.
