Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Munno Para S/C

I was at Spec savers munno Parra for a set of glasses and the friendly service was great,I got what I wanted at a great price. I'm glad I went there

The staff are very efficient and friendly - I have been utilising Munno Para for many years and have always been impressed. I attend for yearly eye tests as I have diabetes, I also suffer from in-grown eyelashes which require constant care. Specsavers send reports to my GP promptly after eye tests to keep her informed of any deterioration/other issues so I am very happy with the service.

Returning/Repeat customer: The staff at this branch make dealing with Specsavers such a pleasure. Very friendly and professional... they help you and make it easy to navigate through all the choices of frames and options (without pressuring you at all). A big thank you to Michaela (and owner, Matt)....your staff are a credit to you.

Wonderful service, especially by Michaela. Who was patient and helpful. Nick was great at finding the right prescription for me.. cheap and affordable. No pressure.

My new glasses are great. Its just a shame I had to follow up to see if they'd arrived after 4 weeks. The glasses had arrived a few days after I placed my order but I wasn't notified.

Anyone needing their eyes tested, go to Specsavers Munno Para. Michael and his staff are amazing. Trying to get my 6 year old to wear his glasses when he broke them was so hard. But they have sorted them and now as good as new. Thanks so much guysI have been going their first years and the service is always awesome. Nothing every a drama.

Very friendly staff made U feel welcome & helped out once everything was sorted

Not really a happy experience.Had eyes and hearing checked this was a great experience even though both need a little help.Needed another appointment made for my hearing (A BIT DEAF THEY SAY) cannot do it internet is down, asked again 2 weeks later when picking up glasses, OHHH systems is down, still not booked in...Glasses!! the poor bloke working with myself and GDaughter was interrupted minimum of 4 times by other workers, well came the time 2 weeks later to pick up my glasses and the bifocals are not what I asked for - no thin lenses and no anti-glare. Back they go..Just one more thing if I may, if you are going to do a recruitment drive don't have 3-5 new workers training at the same time, the new recruiters dont have the people skills to be up the front on their own, maybe allocate one manager one learner.Overall, not happy and still awaiting glasses and appointment for hearing.

Pathetic Service. Walked in and was totally ignored. I’m male. Two women walked in and were greeted. I was there for around 4 minutes. The two female staff were 3mtrs away and talked about eye liner Color’s . While ignoring me. Complained on line and they also ignored. Send an email to the CEO . was assured their Customer service person Michael would call me. After a week no call. This store has no customer service and it’s no better when contacting so called management. .

Knowledgeable, efficient and courteous - my experience as a first time client was excellent. The optometrist addressed my concerns and thoroughly explained how my eyes have changed since my last script. Elizabeth helped me chose my frames and talked me through my private health with professionalism. I was very impressed with the SpecSavers team!
