I originally went into Bass hill to follow up on my upgrade and a cancellation of service that I did over the phone. Mariam served me and she went above and beyond - we learnt the upgrade hadn't been done and the cancellation was on pending. Mariam assured me she would resolve it and she did plus more - she offered me a trade in bonus, she upgraded my service. When I went give my old phone she said she followed up and can see my cancellation of service had gone through. I give Mariam a 10/10 in excellence of her customer service. She's very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond!

I came to the store for a simple question without any intention to buy anything. I met this wonderful lady Mariam. I cannot find any words to describe the amazing service I received from her. Excellent service from Happy & all the staff at Vodafone, Bass Hill. My husband traded in his phone for a new Samsung & Happy explained everything to us very clearly as we are not tech savvy. My husband not only received earbuds, phone case, screen protector & a speaker for no extra but we will even be saving money on our future phone bills. We highly recommend this store. We’d give more than 5 stars if we could.
