Laughed at me when I asked for a refund on a screen cover that started to come away after less than 12 hours of being applied by the staff themselves. Not a good idea to take advantage of a consumer who has a good understanding of Fair Trading and Consumer Law. Will be taking this further.

Had a faulty phone case and the lady told me 1 month warranty went and took my phone case back in as it was faulty the paint all around the edge of my case had completely come off I only had it for 3 weeks. She told me she wasn't able to do that becuase that happens then half way through serving me the lady just walks off and serves another customerVery Poor customer service

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! We purchased a phone case from here WITH a receipt, we went back to get a refund the man LAUGHED at me and said no. He was completely unprofessional and rude!
