The staff in the store are really helpful but unfortunately head office customer service is nothing short of appalling. The person that answers all the calls with the difficult to understand accent is really unhelpful. Over the last 5 years I have only ordered 3 times online. On all occasions it had taken at least 10 working days (prior to pandemic). The last time my order was wrong so still waiting for a response. I live in the Sydney metro area.

Blond attendant at the counter was not gentle and apparently she was racist. She didn't ask me if I was a member, which I am so I could use rewards or even receive more points to it. She didn't ask me if I would like a carry bag but for the customer before me, she gave a carry bag without any question. I had to ask for a carry bag and she gave me a very small one. I'm not complaining about the bag, the problem is the difference made in the service among customers. So, if you are not a white person and do not speak a perfect English, try to avoid this shop at Westfield Eastgardens. I will never come back.

Always love a visit to the body shop, Eastgardens has great staff, very friendly. Love their products and love that it's all animal friendly!
