First time visit to Routleys following recommendation.Water flow in shower was very slow despite no restrictor in shower head or hose.Received excellent assistance from Matty and two others in spare parts dept.They could not do enough for me. Very professional and friendly. Very impressed.Staff like this are an asset to your company.Would definitely recommend your company to others.

Good customer service for selecting bathroom accessories, but I am unhappy with the lack of transparency on costs.The customer service for selections was very good, they helped walk us through various options and the staff member was very knowledgeable about the products. However, I'm unhappy with their invoicing process, as the costs of what we bought wasn't quoted and wasn't invoiced.During discussion with Routelys we were up-sold on the selections. We weren't shown the prices for some of the things that were added to our order, so I was expecting to see the costs in a quote. I was intending to double check that I was keeping within budget once I received a quote. However, the quote I was expecting never came. A few months later I received a large cost variation" bill from the builder to pay for the bill received from Routelys.For my own records

We had an appointment to pick selections for our new bathroom and toilet and thanks to our excellent consultant Helen our experience there was unbelievable. Helen was very helpful, exceptionally informative about the products and was very insightful about what goes well where. To see our vision come up on her computer screen was amazing and gave a great overview of what it would look like. Thank you very much Helen, your help, expertise and advice has allowed us to get the bathroom we have envisaged for a very long time. Highly recommend Routleys.

Just when I thought customer service no longer existed, I was chasing a part for my kitchen tap fitting. Zoe on the switch board was extremely polite and welcoming.. good start. I emailed photos of part. Next morning Josh phoned. He was amazing. I'm in Queensland. Previous owner left receipts enabling me to find on the odd chance the source for the part. I have regaled the customer service given. I have tried the local plumbing shops who endeavoured to help to no avail. Josh and Routleys went beyond. If in S.A. I suggest buyers support this company.

I have entered this store twice now to a reception desk with two to three staff sitting at the desk, they are getting someone to help you and 20 minutes later I have walked the show room with no one speaking to you at all, the staff walk past you like there poo doesn’t stink and providing no service. I’ll take my business somewhere else. You can walk into ceramic world at St Agnes or international ceramics show rooms and they want to help you and nothing is too much trouble. I only re entered the store as you have a brand I liked. I can buy it elsewhere. Customer service is everything!
