I have had my fibre connection through Fibervision for 4 years now. It has been bullet proof in terms of connection speed and uptime. It is a massive improvement from our previous provider TPG, which often had outages and when there was an issue we were then dealing with an overseas call centre. The best thing about Fibervision (apart from the uptime and strength of the connection) is that they are based in Melbourne, so any questions you pick up the phone and get through to a local staff member. Highly recommended.
