We had Tom from Ground UP Electrical Projects attend at our property to fix our outdoor security system and sensor lights that had become defective. Tom arrived at the stated time and it was really useful having SMS alerts reminding us that we had booked Tom in and his ETA.We found Tom to be incredibly knowledgeable and his quality of work is of the highest order. Not only did Tom identify the problem with our previously installed security system and sensor lights, Tom was willing to listen to our ideas for replacement and then provide us with alternative options that we would never have thought of. Tom was also able to discuss various up front costs and running costs of the alternative options that he was presenting to us on the spot. Once we had agreed the option we wanted to pursue Tom installed in then and there!The work Tom performed was of the highest quality and very reasonably priced.
