Luke and Pam at Katherine Lock and Key provided a very prompt and professional service for a tricky Euro car lock that could've gone either way after the key self-locked inside my vehicle. Luke's determination and friendliness led the way and he finished the job in a heartbeat. A cost-friendly outcome too!

I was stuck with keys, phone, wallet locked in the car I had borrowed! My bank account was frozen from an attempted scam. I am in Darwin on holiday from NSW and was absolutely panicking. Carlos cane to my rescue and had the car opened in no time! Everybody was so helpful to me. Jarred was an enormous support on the phone as I had no ready cash. Christian was helpful and understanding when I finally paid the bill!! I can recommend TopLock 100% and thank them all for their understanding and top service.

Came for less than 1 hour. Charged me for 2.5 hours with the excuse that he was very experienced and therefore someone else would take 2.5 hours for a job he did in 1! Unbelievable!
