I’ve been coming here for years and overall I’ve been happy with the service. But one week they do health fund and write me a receipt, I go a week later get the same massage they say they can’t. Bit annoying. You either do or you don’t.

Not very good customer service. Been a few times - last time the guy who works there who is very rude to people demanded cash upfront for massage even though they have eftpos and told me to go get cash first.

The lady at the front is just blank rude. Speaking in Chinese about how not to want to do massage when her workmate told us to come back in a bit to do 30 mins instead of 90 mins. She just wanted to get off work early ignoring customers who waited over an hour. Poor communication. Always ask for Cash in rude tone. The man is brilliant and he is super nice but the lady is poor. Don't know why anyone who wants such worker there. I have been coming every 2 times a week at least with my hubby but will never come again. She has no customer service and doesn't recognise anyone. Arguing with customers. Poor owners whoever they are to have such worker who looks after the shop. Never again.

The most horrible massage that I ever had! I asked for a $60 massage (whole body excluding feet). The guy who gave me a massage was so rude and didn’t listen to what I wanted. I don’t recommend this massage place to anyone, so frustrated!!!

Dodgy as ...advertise they do health fund but dont we write you recipt" even though they have hicaps machine . Ask for cash upfront then yap away in foreign language discussing you

i had really bad massage today, the guy who massaged me no skills and smell really bad. when he tried to massage my head and foot i felt hes not doing a massage just rubbing and playing around with his finger. After done the massage i told manager about the guy who massaged me she doesnt look like shes going to improve the service, i also felt kinda racism too they only good too white people. i wasted my 60mins and my 70 dollars. i didnt want any refund just want them to listen to me which isnt good and wrong not to tell us to leave the store.

Terrible service. I never go this shop again!!!!!! The massager made a fraud. When I booked massage service on the phone, I booked whole body massage & asking acceptable insurance cover. they said Yes!! But, massager changed service to Acupuncture massage in the room & charging ,of course, more expensive fee than I booked service. Anyway, I paid full charging amounts. After that, I requested insurance cover with my payment. But, they gave receipt with only 45% price of what I paid. So, I shown my insurance cover condition to them. It can be covered full service what I received, today. BUT, THEY SAID NO ACCEPTABLE FULL SERVICE FEE TO INSURANCE COMPANY. Because, I didn't ask accepablity of insurance cover to them before I changed my massage service. What the H ......Taking more money & blame to customer.....Usually, I love massage. It always make me relaxing & happy. But, this time, Terrible experience in my life. Never ever go to this shop again!!!!

Had a 60 mins massage yesterday, all good except the man at reception desk. He is the worst reception I've ever seen , RUDE RUDE! or he is the boss! who knows!

Really terrible massage. Very rough, didn't listen when I asked for it to be more gentle and laughed when I gave feedback when asked by them. Seemed to confuse between the difference between firm with rough.Happened on two occasions. Will not return.
