In a dud account just to be safe but they're absolutely horrible. They basically just make you sign a contract to force you into things whether you can handle it or not and then send you on your way without giving you any proper bloody help. They're a waste of time and taxpayers money

While attending the study hub i have found Pauline to be dedicated to her work, she works tirelessly to make sure all the students are looked after. I deeply appreciate her efforts. I have been with Sarina Russo for a while, and been in the Disability side for about 12 months, which was not a very good experience until I was placed with Iris. She goes way above to help her clients, she has a compassionate and caring nature which shines through and tries to place her clients in positions that will suit them and their needs, unlike some their that will place you anywhere and will not listen to you.

My DES consultant Iris from Hervey Bay, is the best consultant I've come across. Iris truely cares about her clients and never treats you as just a number. She has a genuine passion for her job this shows through the effort she puts in, to help each and every client that comes her way. With the cut backs to disability and funding and the increase in what we are required to complete for reporting becoming beyond reasonable, I am greatful to have Iris as a consultant. I highly rate Iris not only as DES consultant but more importantly as a person.

When I was first placed with Sarina Russo, I was homeless, jobless with severe Mental Health problems, and had all but given up. Its been a very long road, but Che, Yvette, Sharon, Naomi and Leandra, have not left my side. They have been compassionate, caring and attentive to all my needs, and have gone beyond their roles to bring me back to life. I am forever grateful that I'm now well on my way on a great recovery path, and couldn't have done it without them.
