My products did not arrive, but I had received a tracking number for the freight company, so I called them first. They were polite but could not locate my consignment, and suggested I contact Packstore directly. I called and spoke to only one person… Mark. He was professional, empathetic and most importantly helpful. He said he would call me back once he tracked my order. In less than an hour he did phone me back. My order had gone astray, so he personally pack a new consignment and freighted it overnight to me. I received my order within 24 hours of my query.Mark is an asset to Packstore, and I could not recommend him and Packstore enough. This is truly great service.

I recently bought a huge range of packing materials from Mark at Packstore on behalf of a client I was helping move. Mark was super quick to respond to a couple of my questions and really helpful overall so I felt confident he had my back. The strength quality of all their boxes is excellent and their prices are very reasonable. Free delivery by courier with orders over $200 was also very appreciated or pick up from the Tempe warehouse is really easy! They are right next door to Ikea which is a bonus - lol!! I will get all my packing materials from Packstore from now on as they tick all the boxes for customer service, quality and price:) Thanks Mark
