I joined APS when I started working for Queensland Health in 2001 and have had a funeral benefit since then. I recently had a crisis which made me believe I would have to cancel membership and close my funeral fund. I spoke with Carmelina today and received an alternative option that she offered. I am extremely happy that Carmelina was able to relieve some of my stress. I am so grateful to her and the APS team that I am still able to continue my funeral fund and also am able to fix some of my financial worries. I cannot recommend enough. Professional service by Phil Lambourne. I sent him all the details of my plight. He messaged back and made a time to call me the next day. Called on the dot of time agreed. Listened to me. Made sound suggestions. Within 30mins I had an outline of a plan. That very afternoon a perfect thought out letter was sent on my behalf. All the costs were discussed with me. I feel I’m in very good safe hands. Whenever I email Phil he responds almost immediately. Fantastic work ethic. Phil is a very kind clever man. I am looking forward to a positive outcome. Come what may I fully believe he is doing the very best he can for me.
