(that cost a fortune & didn’t deliver the service expected) Both Clair & Maddy delivered unbelievable service, Clair fitted us in within the hour, Also they were all extremely busy yet made the time, that’s what I call service! This is the best salon in the area. I have tried quite a few and nothing compares to the service, skill and friendly welcome of Kelly, Claire and Zoe. They go far and beyond expectations. Also head massages are the best I've ever had. I highly recommend Urban Hair.

Wow, the staff here are soooo friendly, kind and professional. I was needing a haircut desperately and Kelly gave me a 5.30pm appointment Thursday afternoon just before Good Friday on the Easter Weekend. I live in Melbourne but am staying with my Mum for a couple of weeks. Kelly was amazing, she knew exactly what sort of length and style would suit my face shape and my fine hair. Dam, now I'll have to drive from Melbourne to get my haircut from now on. Thanks ladies, very professional and such a great atmosphere, you girls rock. I went in dreading my hair cut from some bad haircuts from other people. My first time in urban hair was great. Kelly and her beautiful team listened to what I wanted and man did the fulfil. It was a wonderful experience. I have never gone anywhere else but to urban hair since.

Kellie was friendly and easy to talk to. I'm very happy with my haircut and I appreciated her suggestions about length and style. It was nice to be greeted and acknowledged by both hairdressers upon entry. Already rebooked and consider this my go-to hairdresser now!
