Australia Post - Hastings Post Shop

I have posted a small parcel on 9/11/2021 and it supposed to be delivered by the latest 14-15 November but still it’s not arrived. When I called them the guy who picked the phone said: (it’s normal and u have to be patient! The parcel will be delivered by the end of the month hopefully!). Seriously!!! From Hastings to Ferntree gully taking one month? It’s not even 40km.

Consistently helpful local asset.My years of experience of Hastings Post Office have been positive and fruitful.I’ve used a number of their services and have received friendly service and the correct advice.

I would probably give 0 star for this. I dont know what happened to that serving lady. She wasn't interested serving me at all (after looking at me) while I was explaining what I want to post she rolled her eyes at me. Very unapologetic. Bad service. Never going back again.

Thanks for great customer service for my 8yr old granddaughter, as I had to stay outside with our pup.So nice of you to serve her in the q when she had to return with my id

The lady that served me was incredibly rude and snapy I even said please don't talk to me like that and she didn't even apologise not happy at all

Awful customer service. Staff member was so rude, blunt and snappy. If you're having a bad day, don't take it out on customers. You just lost this one. We'll take our business to Bittern or Balnarring next time.

The woman at the register refused to grant a refund for a sorting mistake that lead to my parcel being shipped to the wrong location. My express post parcel (delivered within the same state) has been MIA for nearly two weeks. Now it's apparently been resorted and headed for a destination I am no longer in. I will have to pay again for it to be resent. On the auspost website, grounds for a refund are stated to be two days out of estimated delivery time and it's been out of the estimated delivery time by at least 8 days.

Incredibly bad service from the ladies at this post office. They are always rude and have a god like complex, they make it incredibly hard to send an agent to pick up your parcels with no regard for the fact that people work full-time. They refuse people picking up parcels for others even if they are from the same address and have the appropriate filled out paperwork. The final straw for me was running to the doors 2 minutes to 5 because I can't possibly, leave work any earlier to have the woman locked the door in my face and then start laughing with her colleagues after refusing my agent to pick up the parcel for me.Australia Post really needs to work on this post office at delivery guys are great but the women in the store at disgusting I highly recommend getting online and changing your post office wear deliveries are directed to if you are not home to Bittern local post office the people there a wonderful.Hopefully Australia Post cleans up this post office because these women really need a wake up call
