Kmart Cranbourne

Kmart Cranbourne has never let me down, when my locals have no stock, this store always has it available. Located just down the escalator from the rooftop carpark, it's very accessible. Staff are always friendly and the click and click process was seamless.

I brought queen sheet set… the sheet freyed after one use, I took back to kmart in Cranbourne. And manager said there was nothing I could do about as I haven’t got the receiptI got the sheets about 1 month ago and kept them to move into my new home. I explained to the manager Nick that I would have bank statement. He was not interested at allVery bad managementThey were not cheap sheetsI asked if he could send back to manufacture he said that they won’t do anything and that I would not hear back

This is a massive Kmart and we love shopping here. There is a big range of items, including clothing, homewares, and household goods, the products are great and the prices are hard to beat. It can however be a very busy store, particularly on weekends and school holidays.

Customer Service Assistant Melissa at fitting room was really rude and unprofessional on 26/06 around 1700 hrs. I was with my parents, because they have come here for the first time from overseas, they might not be knowing about few things, but that is all good, I am there to tell them everything.My father wanted to try 3 things on him, we went to the fitting room where we met Melissa. I was with him, as I had to show him where he can go and change, as the fittings room are not unisex. To which she said, only person is allowed at one time. I understood everything but she was rude about it. Then my father had to try one size up for something. As he was already inside, I thought of getting the bigger size myself and give it to him. I asked Melissa before doing that, just to make sure if I can do that. Her response was“This is not a boutique, it is the department store”She should have said that in professional manner, we go to different stores like H&M, Uniqlo or wherever. We don’t see such behaviour anywhere else. She was condescending. Even my parents don’t understand English properly but they were shocked by her behaviour. I never leave reviews like this on Google, but this specific experience made me to post it on here.And she was not good with other customers as well.I hope somebody will look into this matter, so that others won’t have to face this.

Stock wise and layout this store isn’t too bad but unfortunately it’s let down by the dreadful staff. I’m yet to meet any staff member in this place with even the slightest customer service skills. I went in the other night and was put off before I even got into the store after the rude Karen type lady at the door refused to help me get a trolley out. They also never have registers open. Worst staff out of all Kmarts in the south east.

Being yelled at by the store manager with zero customer service skills. Horrible experience !!! Drove to the store to be told I am not price matching online advertised price" after I was rest assured by the stuff on the phone that they have the specific stock available.Manager shoved zero interest in resolving the issue and being coming up with the excuse after excuse .Save your time and don't come to this store !!!!"

Horrible staff at this store. The middle aged woman at the door is the most unfriendly and rude person. Makes you feel put off before you even start shopping.
