The best op shop in Melbourne! When you enter the store it doesn't even look like an op shop but a high end boutique. I love the bargains I got from there - before I found this shop I had no designer label in my closet - not the case anymore. Very affordable prices, great selection of clothes/bags and lovely staff.

So funny that this place is considered an op shop, selling rivers jeans for $50 when I could get them off my dog for free.

FAKES GALORE!! Be very careful before handing over $120 + for LV and other brand names. (louis Vuitton shoes, bags etc) They CANNOT say they are real, because - where is the proof? no card, no serial number, no letter signed from LV and they are an OP SHOP asking for a ridiculous amount of money for FAKES.

VERY Disappointing : ( Couldn't afford to shop here, even on pay day. Cheaper to buy new. There's no excuse when you get everything you sell for free, including volunteers. Maybe visit some other opportunity shops (Not on Chapel St) to get a gauge on pricing. If you wan't to help people in need, think about what they can afford when pricing.

Not the worst store. However too overpriced and messy. Messy CD’s in a bucket and a crowded environment doesn’t make me feel justified spending $300 on a coat. especially at an op shop

Unreliable. Walked a fair distance with heaps of donations and it closed. They had a sign up saying that you shouldn't leave the donations on front of the door and come back during business hours. Well, it was during their business hours! Boo. Their loss. Won't go there again
