This are the worst service providers i have ever used . They stalled the solar at my home and they broke some tiles that caused the water leak in my room when i call them to fix the problem some guys came after 1 year they had looked at the room for just 5-10 min and they said there’s no leak but i can clearly see that from my room and i also can hear the dripping sound when raining. Worst experience in my life

Did really great job at our house installing LED lights, security system, Powerpoints, TV wall mounts and home theatre system. Really professional team who are dedicated to their work. Would really recommend it to everyone.

6 kW battery ready system.in budget.they got my rebates although I have old unit still working.it was getting rusty 2 kW .I thought I would need specialist inverter installer replace with 2 kW as other companies told me only one solar grant given. To my surprise this bussiness had owners in store with full technician training .told me they could make sure I could get grant before they went ahead. They certainly delivered as 2 kW new inverter was quoted over phone around 2400 dollars. I got 6 kW of solar and inverter off this bussiness for that. Thanks again top his all round. Used this mob to install solar. Great service leading upto install and a quality install overall. I was quoted for an item that wasn’t installed(smart meter ) as I was advised by the installer this is built into the invertor and not needed. When we enquired about a refund after paying for an item that wasn’t installed , things started to fall over. I was initially advised I would receive a refund and I even provided my bank details as requested. Then came the arrogance and every excuse possible indicating why I am not entitled to one. Clearly $150 is much more important than delivering what was quoted and promised. Excuses around I gave you this , I did this for you were merely that , excuses. They originally reluctantly agreed to $100 less than the original quoted price but no doubt tried to make up for the gap hence their approach after the fact. The after salesService was an absolute turnoff and quite frankly disappointing as everything to that point was great. Do your homework and don’t pay upfront in good faith as I did prior to proceeding is my advice.

They installed 4mp CCTV at my house and office. Works really great, HD quality and will definitely recommend to others. They also have great After Sales support.Thanks Real Response Electrical!!
