Biased! If you are male and single and not dressed to this stores expectations you'll be treated as suspicious. Because of course, only well heeled, well dressed males appropriately acompanied by a female should be in (the female domain) of homeswares stores. Urgh! Avoid and shop online, you'll save money and that bad taste you get in your mouth when visiting places like this!

Thousands thanks to Lisa at Matchbox Chadstone S/Centre I haven't seen that kind of service since 80s and 90s.My Mrs and I Purchased 4 cutlery box setsShe helped us with her knowledge on product quality and guided us through the smooth purchase, then when we got home and opened all boxes we've discovered one knife missing. We called Lisa and she went Above and beyond to ensure we received the missing item by maling it to our home within 2 days. A simple gesture goes along way in making your customer feel valued.Many Companies should take a note and look at how Matchbox does excellent business.Once again Thank you Lisa.

Things are nice and all but do not share your email with them or you will get impressively spammed by others. Matchbox either has been hacked or is sharing your info with spam companies. Sad.

I was charged $19.95 for a product that was on special for $12.95. I didn't realize until later when checking my credit card. Make sure you double check what they charge you because they sure aren't. Hence not happy.

I had heard wonderful things about Matchbox and decided to make a special trip all the way down to your shop on a Sunday. However, upon my arrival, I was disheartened to find that your store was closed. This unexpected closure not only wasted my time but also dampened my excitement about trying your offerings.I understand that circumstances can arise that may necessitate changes to opening hours. However, I kindly request that you update your opening hours on your website or any other platform where they are listed. Accurate and up-to-date information would help customers like me avoid such inconveniences in the future.
