Was recommended by a friend, i tried to book in and was declined due to my dog's breed, a cross of American bulldog.My dog is the biggest softy who rolls over for belly rubs for any person, and will happily play nicely with the smallest of dogs as well as our cats.As someone that has been personally affected by a dog attack, I think this ludicrous to discriminate against a dog breed.Do not recommend bothering if you have a large dog.

My border collie has stayed here twice and the last time for 6 nights. The staff mentioned on pick up that they gave her space to come inside to the kennel in her own time. I'm sure that the individual treatment she received made her stay better. Thank you Snuggles.

A wonderful stay of almost 3 weeks for our 8 year old spoodles. We were able to take bedding, toys and treats from home (all well looked after). Both were happy and healthy when collected - important to know they are being well cared for in comfortable quarters, access to outside activity for hours every day, well supervised interaction with similar dogs (well socialized).Thank you Noel and staff, we will definitely be back…

The best boarding experience I have ever had!!!. MY dog and cats were so calm and relaxed when we picked them up. The staff catered to each pet individually, giving them affection, changing food as needed and indiviulaising their stay. The rooms were massive and clean. The yards spacious and so much time for socialising the dog. The cats had lots of pats and snuggles too. We appreciate the love and hard work the team do for the pets.We will most certainly be back and recommending to anyone we know.

My sweet Alice (Havanese) stayed for three days in August. I think she appreciated the facilities and the care she was given by Noel and his staff as much as I did. Her accommodation was roomy and clean. I was allowed to bring her bed, toys and food and I was pleased she would be warm. Her having the opportunity for play convinced me that Snuggles was the place for her.Alice was clean and clearly happy when I collected her such that as a fussy puppy owner with mixed experience of other kennels I have booked her in for two more stays soon and will do so in the future. Driving from and to Canberra was worth it. I recommend Snuggles.

Noel, Lana and staff are fantastic and so caring towards the animals.My boy Elwood has stayed twice now and could not contain his excitement the second time when we dropped him off, which shows he loves staying.Elwood always comes home happy and content.Highly recommend Snuggles and worth the drive from Canberra!

Snuggles has consistently proven to be the best boarding place for our dogs. Noel and his team really go out of the way to make the stay enjoyable, stimulating and stress-free for all the dogs that are boarded. It has an excellent ‘vibe’, the place is calm, and the lodgers seem at ease. Our dogs always come home in excellent health, being well looked after and loved. We wouldn’t consider any other setting.

Having used Snuggles before, I put my 5 month old Golden Retriever pup in for an overnight stay to ensure he'll be comfortable for a longer stay at the end of October. While I fretted, he came home relaxed and happy! Noel was really patient with my check-in phone calls and was happy to reassure this anxious Mum that Larry was fine. I'll be a lot less worried about him come the end of October! Highly recommend Snuggles.
