I have been reluctant to post a review in the past because I hoped my experiences were an anomaly, but the staff here are extremely rude and disrespectful to both customers and people donating goods.This has been a problem for years and I won’t be returning. I hope you can take this feedback constructively and improve your behaviour.

Great they are an outlet for sorrento community centre boomerang bags. Collect our money and restock each month. Our donations go back into the community.

You can pick up some great brands here at very reasonable prices if you are willing to look through the racks. I've found many treasures here!

Don’t go here ! The elderly lady who works here charged me $10 for 3 soft toys that were labeled “FREE” I then said I’ll put 2 back and she then said regardless how many you buy the total will be $10. All about money here.

It's a house literally turned into an op shop! Each room has its on theme. I personally enjoyed the room filled with books. I spoke to one of the lovely store keeper's and she said a librarian goes there weekly to provide unwanted books and to keep things in order. Lovely staff, and a great place to drop by to see grab yourself a bargain!

Website says 1pm close and here I am out the front of the shop at 12 noon with a closed sign staring me in the face and around 10 others with the same bemused faces as myself - disappointed
