They were so lovely and patient with my here. My technician Kylie took such great care of me. I was a bit of a difficult case but she went above and beyond to make sure she could do every thing she could for me. They are so friendly and do a really good job, I highly recommend them :)

Apparently medical exemptions for wearing masks are not upheld at this establishment. They would not allow my mother to accompany my 19-weeks pregnant sister who has extreme anxiety and BPD into the room without a mask even when told that she has an exemption. Medical institutions should know better than to discriminate.

The receptionist was incredibly rude. I had to tell her to speak to me in a kinder tone she was so condescending and difficult. I ended up hanging up and booking elsewhere. When your health is poor the last thing you need is people like this who are supposed to help you; who do the complete opposite.

Very accommodating and let me come in for an ultrasound right away when I called. Everyone was polite and I was in and out really quickly.No complaints at all.

partner and i were looking forward to our 32 week scan, as soon as we walked in the receptionist told my partner he had to wait at the car, which was fine but she wasn’t nice about it whatsoever, she couldn’t even crack a smile or show any interest at all. then when i went into my ultrasound, it was very rushed over and was over in less than 10 mins, the man doing the ultrasound didn’t explain anything and gave me hardly any pictures and then rushed me out. do not recommend :/

If you can, avoid coming here for third trimester ultrasounds. It takes a really skilled sonographer to conduct these and, unfortunately, the sonographer I saw gave me unwarranted anxiety regarding my baby’s growth. I’m glad everything is ok after a second opinion at a hospital but the stress wasn’t needed. Nice place though.

A serious birth defect was missed on my 20 week scan, resulting in my baby almost not surviving. He needed to be transferred to the Royal Children’s and was on life support. After this happened the doctor looked back at the scan which had been reported as normal by Imaging Associates Tecoma and the birth defect was visible. If the birth defect would have been reported, my baby would have been born at a different hospital and with doctors that were ready for his condition.

My family have been here three times over the past two months. Have found the staff to be incredibly polite and super helpful. They have a great manner with patients. Would definitely recommend.
