Not happy with the experience I had with this company. Ordered a 'used bit' which I paid for. 2 days later I had an email explaining that bit wasn't available and I had 2 other options which I chose one. A day later another email saying that the choice wasnt suitable so I chose the other size only to be given a 'purchase new' option the following day paying the difference. What a muck around.

I’m very happy with both the service and the products. The bits I ordered and received are exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t get them anywhere else in Australia. Prices were easily comparable with ordering them from Europe without the hassle.

Such disappointing service, two months for delivery after being told the bit was on the way from the wholesaler and will be in that day or the next day. Would never use again. Then spoke to several people who had same experience. Upfront and honest is the best policy.
