Recently ported my number over from Vodafone [signal dropped out 3 months past ,Rozelle] .I was met by Indiana with warm and cheery smile . Through adversity ie a Telstra shop with limited inter web access , she managed to punch the way in. Ever tried signing your signature with a rodent . I was there for longer than anticipated . But hell it works , I now sometimes have one bar at home Thank you Indiana .Cheers ..

I cannot recommend this place enough. I had an issue with my bill and was getting nowhere with my local telstra store, so I went into the Balmain store and the staff there were great and able to solve my problem on the day.

Upon walking into the Balmain branch of Telstra, I was already amazed with the huge selection of accessories that they have to display. I was approached by the manager as soon I entered asking if he can assist me with anything. The level of professionalism and knowledge that Telstra Balmain has is second to none. I left with the new Iphone X, as well as accessories for Christmas and Assure (in case I drop my mobile which I tend to do quite often). I will definitely be recommending all my family and friends to Balmain again! - From one extremely happy customer.

Terrible service from customer service. terrible experience from them creating a package that was not what I contracted with them for. Internet itself shockingly bad. I cancelled it and they were still charging me. when spoke to customer services (because none of their chats actually work (reflection on their internet I suppose)) they were extremely rude and abusive.

Looking for honest service in this age is hard to find. Luckily after many experience with Telstra Balmain, I am happy to say I have indeed found genuine honesty from friend and dedicated staff. My personal trusted advisor from Balmain made every step with Telstra an easy process and his knowledge is greatly appreciated.

Like the previous reviewer, I find the Balmain Telstra Shop doesn't answer its phone and does not even take messages. Face to face service, though is excellent, which is why I give it 3 stars overall.

I received excellent service in Telstra Balmain. The consultant was very proficient and helped me solve my problem. They also reviewed my package and I was able to get a new handset and an Ipad with a lot more data. I am extremely happy and will return in future again.
