So impressed with this bed company. They made the buying process so easy and I was shocked to have the bed installed and all of the rubbish taken away as well!Best night sleep in so long, I always have trouble with my neck and lower back, but I’ve been sleeping like a baby and waking up without all of that heavy pain.Thank you

DONT buy from therapy world, they over charged $1000 and will not refund or correct the amount.LIED about the product quality it is not a high quality as described(poorly made in china)!LIED to about delivery date!!! Waited months and they started taking money with out of my account without delivering the product !!!!!!!and they would not let me cancel the order when I found out they deceived me.

I am beyond happy with my experience with Therapy World. They were very helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with! My new bed is extremely comfy and you can tell the quality is A-MAZING!!! I cannot recommend this company enough!!! Hands down 5 stars from me.

Purchased a mattress online. Was speeding & easy to negotiate. Mattress & base arrived in a speedy manner. Communication was excellent.My double mattress & base are excellent. Special thanks to Therese for her input and advice. I am a wheelchair user & initially found the base to be too high. Tech guy came out & changed base height, now its an easy transfer from my wheelchair to my new bed.

We received our new bed this week,and after two nights of the most comfortable sleep we are most impressed, the service we received from the first email was excellent and nothing was to much trouble from the staff at Therapy World,we would not hesitate to recommend the company and service they provide to anyone, Thank you so much for the wonderfull service you all provided us with. My bed was delivered 5 weeks ago now and I absolutely love it!!! I havent slept this well for years and years, the mattress is so comfortable and the best I have ever had, the height adjustments on the bed are so good and I xan save my favourite position. Thank you to Brett, Therese, great team and so helpful. Thank you to David who delivered the bed up my terrible driveway.Fantastic service all round.

For the price of the therapy bed, it should have more advanced features

I am very happy with my recliner. It was carried in and set up in 5 mins. It is comfortable and easy to operate. It fits in well with our other furniture.

The service provided by theTherapy World team of Brett, Therese and Peter were outstanding, with lots of information and excellent responses to questions. Therapy World has a team of professionals who are very helpful and understanding throughout the purchase of the adjustable/massage bed. A big thank you to all of you @ Therapy World from Randolph and Dianne Stork for a comfortable and restful sleep now and the future.

Where do I start? I spent all of my life sleeping on cheap and unsupportive mattresses. When I started having lower back and hip pain, this affected the quality of my sleep and my life. I decided to invest in a quality bed and supportive mattress. It's the best decision I've ever made.The ability to adjust my bed to help with pain relief and turn on the massage function after a long day on the beach taking photos has changed my life. I have quality sleep every night without fail. On the days that I'm working from home, I can adjust the bed to a comfortable position rather than sitting in a chair that will induce back pain - this is especially awesome in Winter when it's cold. Or read a book without putting straight on my neck and shoulders. And the Zero Gravity function...don't even get me started haha!I am beyond grateful to Brett and Emily for all of their help in choosing the right bed for me. From the very first conversation, to buying the bed and delivery, they were there every step of the way. Their knowledge of beds is next level. Real people helping others get a good night's rest, pain free!
