I had an appointment booked today that I booked months ago. I live 30 minutes away and specifically drove into town on my only day off for this appointment. I received a text 10 minutes before my appointment saying that they didn’t have stock for the lash lift. I would understand if I was a walk-in that they wouldn’t have stock, but for booking well in advance I would expect all supplies to be ready. It is pretty frustrating that I had this booked in for a while and only 10 minutes before my appointment I was made aware that I was unable to get my service wasting an hour and a half of my time. Today was my only day to get this done, had I known there was no stock in advance I could have booked elsewhere.

Tina and her staff are true professionals, could not recommend them enough. Tina helped me when I was going through a bout of bad acne and was really knowledgeable in explaining the process of the facial and the products used to effectively treat acne. It’s been a long process although I can now say the acne and scarring has healed with the treatments provided by Tina.
