Great service from Panda - he was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Then he took us to pay and Josie, the cashier was the warmest person. So friendly and kind. What a great team!!

I needed to buy a laptop to use for work and Christian went above and beyond helping me find the right one. He picked the right one for my needs from the start, and was very patient with me looking at all the different models for an hour or more. Very good advice given on security to glad that I got the Norton upgrade.

Bought a kettle online months ago and never received it. Tried contacting the online customer service with no reply whatsoever. Then I tried going into the store to ask for a refund but they couldn't do it because it's an online order.

We don't normally shop at Harvey Norman but we dropped in one weekend because they had a large variety of fridges on display. We thought we'd look and leave. To our surprise, both the price and service were amazing and we put a deposit on a fridge. Delivery was on time and they slotted in the new fridge and took away the old one. We are happy customers.

I have been dealing with this store for 10 years. They seem to have given up customer service these days and don't answer complaints logged to their website, even though they claim to respond within 24 hours. Must be 3 weeks waiting for the first response, and probably 10 days since I reloaded it.

I bought a food processor and it's faulty. I have been trying to call the store and speak to operator but thing is no one is picking up the phone.I have been calling the store 5 - 6 times since 9AM and no one is answering the call.If the plan is not to answer the phone then why do you have it as an option ? And obviously when no one pick up the phone then I have to go to the store, maybe my question can be resolved over the phone than going to the store ?
