Able to take in a walk in appointment and honours major health insurance.One hour service at this place was enjoyable. I was asked often if I am okay or need any adjustments made.I previously also had a foot massage last year and found it nice enough. 15 mins on one foot, the remaining 15 mins on the other foot.If you are looking for a pampering place with calming scents and sounds and ambience - this isn't it.However, being located in a shopping mall and fairly competitive prices - this is expected.Unsure if this person is a manager or what role he is, however the older gentleman who was at the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Please read this before considering this place.They had advertised cupping and acupuncture for $50 and I thought why not. Before I go anywhere I look up reviews to make sure I won't be disappointed. This place only had 1 star reviews from Facebook and all the way back from 2014! I decided maybe they've improved since then and gave it a try.What happen:1. No preparation before the cups were put on my back. Usually you get a quick rub to relax your muscles before applying them.2. Never checked on me after putting the cups. I was left for 20min!!! The bruises are black as coal!3. The First acupuncture needle sent a sharp feeling down my entire leg and caused me foot to spasm.4. Forgot to disinfect my left leg before putting in the needles. He did it for the right but completely forgot to do anywhere else!5. Placed a towl over the needles and left me for 30 min. He agitated them so much.6. He started moving me and the entire table towards the wall with the needles and towels on my back and Shacking my entire body in the process. Just so he could bring in a heating lamp and timer and reach a power outlet in the wall.7. He forgot that there were needles behind my knees and knocked them with his elbow and the towel.8. After the session was finished and he left the room for me to get dressed I realised he had forgotten an acupuncture needle sticking out the back of my right knee!!!!!!I called out and knocked on the door for assistance for a solid 5 min before 4 woman walked in laughing not understanding I'm telling them that there is still a needle in my leg!I'll be reporting this place and incident to the stocklands management because I am actually concerned about the hygine, safety, and licence of this place.

I've been twice to get a FOOT massage and it was AMAZING! Compared to other places the workers there are SKILLED. I would recommend this place and its affordable.

I had a voucher paid in cash that had expired, I phoned them but they wouldn't honour it any longer. I was really disappointed. Then I saw terrible reviews that they injured a ladies back and a month later she's in pain. Glad not to go there!! Better to go to a reputable establishment with credible credentials and honorable business practices!!
