I needed a main board for my LG TV. New one was $250 and I got one from Ming for around $70. Had a few challenges and he provided a replacement instantly and was extremely helpful and all sorted. Very pleased and would recommend Ming to anyone. First class!

Very happy! Ming helped me intensity the parts I needed for my TV model, then once they arrived he spoke to me over the phone to help install them. All round it was a great experience, I learned something about TV’s and I felt empowered fix rather than through away… good for the environment :)

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for Ming, I messaged him asking if a part would be compatible and within a few minutes he called me and talk us through diagnosing the problem. He posted the part super quick and gave us clear instructions on how to fix. Very happy! Highly recommend :)

Ming was amazingly efficient in providing the replacement board I needed for my TV and would promptly respond to emails when we had questions. I received a confirmation email following my purchase & a tracking number for my shipment which arrived the next day. Absolutely would recommend him to anyone who needs assistance or parts for their electronics.

Let me say first off that I'm basically happy with the remote that I bought & I haven't complained to this company.The website was easy to navigate around, & when I went initially into the checkout the price was very reasonable, but after added charges (including $10 for paypal to take advantage of paypal's extra consumer protection) & freight charges the final price was only average. No dramas, I still chose to go ahead with the sale. Part of the fees was express freight & the remote arrived very quickly.Overall the remote is very good, the only issue is that the down channel button doesn't work. I think the website mentioned that it was the last remote of this type & I'd rather keep one that's 95% perfect than not have one - especially since I normally don't use the down channel button.As I wrote earlier I haven't complained & I'm basically happy with the remote. But please make sure that you have decent consumer protection . . . just in case.
