I think it,s a good bike shop in the Saliabury area. Are limited a little getting in new models and different sizes from overseas at the moment.

Whilst on holidays I managed to get a puncture. I was truly impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and promptness of fixing it on the spot for me so I didn’t miss any planned rides.They also recommended a couple group rides I could join in with whilst I’m here which was very helpful

Firstly I’m a customer that has no knowledge of bikes and need one purely for transport to work. Yesterday I Took a whole entire bike in to get tyres seen to, which they did tubes as requested to then get home and yes they had done this job but however forget to inform me that the tyres arnt even for the bike I took in. I rang up to ask “why would you charge someone for a tyre tube if this isn’t even the correct tyre”why would you not inform the customer that they need new tyres for this bike as this isn’t the correct one. I now have a bike that I can’t ride to work in and was charged. I rang up today to a worker that was not professional enough to say look” I’m sorry we should have asked because we knew this wasn’t the correct tyres before we did this job”, so I wouldn’t be waisting money, as the cost of living now is ridiculous and we understand this would have been a waist for this bike to invest in and waist money on something you didn’t need and wouldn’t work on your bike. The professionalism in this store is to say the customer is wrong and be belittling. I will not return and wouldn’t recommend anyone, especially those who don’t know much about bikes and go to a bike store to get help from people that should know and tell you before completing a job. Very rude and kept telling me that they get “all sorts of people” like that excuses you charging me for a job and a product that doesn’t even fit the bike that I need to use right now to get to work. Don’t go to this store if you don’t know much about bikes because they obviously expect you to know and will do jobs that will be out of your pocket. Im a customer that is happy to pay any sort of money for great customer service and get the right job done. This isn’t the store for me and would not recommend it.

Great customer service, very helpful and very knowledgeable people.Fixed our sons bike on the spot with a new seat as it broke just before going out for a family ride.

I've been a customer here for over ten years and have bought two bikes from them. The service and advice is excellent.

On holiday in Adelaide with my bike and had some mechanical issues. Came in towards the end of the day and was served straight away without any hesitation by Gavin. Sorted my mechanical issue out on the spot and provided me with the tools and knowledge to ensure the issue didn't occur again. Gavin then made the effort of asking why I was in town and gave me some great recommendations for where to ride in Adelaide. Would recommend 5/5 and will be back again :)

Have been buying bikes from MyRide Salisbury, and bringing my bikes here for a service a few years now. Every time I go I have been met with amazing service, and this most recent time was no exception. I went out for a little ride the day before a race, only to realize my rear tire was completely deflated. I found a hole in the tire as well as tube and wasn't sure what needed replaced. On top of that, my dad was jam packed with kids sport etc. Lucky for me, as soon as I rang MyRide, they told me to bring it in right away. It was decided it only needed a new tube, and was fixed up within about 10 minutes. I'm so thankful they were able to accommodate me so quickly, and only replace what is necessary. Cannot recommend the shop enough, and the fabulous knowledgeable staff!!!
