Vincent Marruffo & Gavin Howlett were fantastic to deal with and showed genuine care for us with our home purchase in Dunsborough. Communication was excellent and incredibly thorough when getting ready for handover, going through all details of the home with great care and attention, nothing was too difficult. We found that the front door lock was not working correctly and Vince got straight onto it to arrange repair. We are extremely happy with our new home thanks.

Our experience with Vincent Marruffo was Great. We recently bought a property in Vasse through him and relocated from Perth. Due to our working hours we could only view houses on Sunday. Vincent was the only real estate agent in the area to get back to us and he gave up his Sunday to take us around not only the house that we ended up purchasing but also other houses in and around the area. His advise and knowledge of the area was incredible, he was down to earth, approachable and went the extra mile to ensure we got the best result. We cannot recommend him enough.

We had a traumatic experience with Vincent Marruffo, while selling our property in Vasse. He mislead us repeatedly and admitted to working for the buyer, even though he had signed the exclusive listing agreement with us and took our money upon settlement. He did all of this in such a nasty manner and ignored our communication. We would be very keen to speak with his superior. We will be taking this further in the hope that no one else has to experience the abuse we suffered from Vincent Marruffo.

My wife and I recently had the displeasure of selling our property with Vincent Marruffo. We were continually thrown under the bus and given incorrect advice (when we were graced with the little communication he gave).He admitted to be working in the best interest of the buyer and not us. He locked a dog, unattended, inside our house. We were informed of the buyers formal finance approval a week after it had been granted, giving us less time to prepare to vacate the property. We have evidence that Vincent had that information on the day the approval was granted.When we asked Vincent about this misleading situation, and the other misleading situations throughout this process, we were met with gaslighting.We will be taking this matter further and will be urging anyone we talk to never sell their property with Vincent Marruffo.
