Yoga Fix Mackay

This is the best Yoga-studio I've ever been to. The ladies are lovely, really friendly and down to earth. I was nervous when I decided to start my yoga journey but I was welcomed into such a beautiful community. 5 years on and I'm still yoga-ing and so grateful to have found this safe space to practice and be. Definitely recommend Yoga Fix Mackay!

The thing I don’t like about Yoga Fix is...that I can’t get there more often!! I am an occasional yogi but when I find time, the only yoga studio I go to is Yoga Fix. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I am no junkie but Yoga Fix hook me up all the time, great studio, awesome teachers and classes are fun. Joined with my wife after she said give it a go, and now it is hard when we can't go, I may never be a rubber band but better for it, thanks Yoga Fix

Had an amazing session with Bec really helped me to find my heard centre and release all negative tension I had on my mind and in my muscles. Since I've been taking classes at yoga fix my life has taken a turn for the better feel much more relaxed. Would definitely recommend yoga fix also great price for what you get.

A variety of yoga styles and flows to suit beginner and advanced yogis. The teachers all have different strengths that compliment each other to make this my stuido of choice. The space is calming, inviting and addictive. Favourite practice is Long Slow Flow and Hot power with the divine Miss L. Go here. Get Bent.

I love the new Yoga Fix space!The teachers are fantastic and so welcoming and I always get what I need out of a class. Thanks for creating such a beautiful place to stretch/exercise/unwind 7 days a week!

I really enjoyed attending two vinyasa style hot yoga classes here. The teachers are good, friendly and accommodating. The yoga room is ok but a little small although comfortable enough and warm enough. Great location in the CBD. I had trouble finding the address on the first night but the owner of the business contacted me the next day and offered me a free pass for not being able to find the studio as they had moved and the address on google wasn't changed. The classes are very affordable. I felt great being able to practise my preferred yoga whilst staying in Mackay. The timetable is pretty good although I kind of wished there was a class at 7 or 8am. The 9.30am class was just a bit to late in the morning and the 5.45am class was quite a bit to early for me!! however I realise these times will fit other people. Thanks Yoga Fix your awesome. :-)

Throughout my life I have tried a lot of sports. I did martial arts when I was younger but my flexibility has waned over the years. In recent years I've done a lot of gym but let the cardio slowly slide. whilst working here in Mackay for the past 6 weeks I thought I'd give yoga a try. Yoga fix is unlike anything I've ever tried before. There are so many varieties of yoga both traditional and contemporary. I have had an absolute blast. I have barely been to the gym whilst here but have visited yoga up to 6 days a week. Marion and Liz have both been amazing. I absolutely love the power handstand yoga. The yoga fiit has is a fantastic cardio which utilises your body in weird and wonderful new ways. I cannot recommend yoga fiit highly enough. It's exceptional. I guarantee you will fall in love with it and it doesn't matter your level of fitness as they always provide alternatives to any pose. My flexibility has improved a lot in the last 6 weeks. The best thing is there are online classes too so when I do return home I will still be able to do some of my favourite classes. It's awesome!!!

Where do I start....The whole environment was a great vibe! First time giving hot yoga ago I'll definitely be back Liz is a great introducter.
